a. Account Data
When you register, place an order, subscribe, or respond to surveys, we collect basic contact details such as email address, contact name, company name, address, telephone number, VAT number, preferred language and currency, purchase order number, invoice recipient’s email, and disguised credit card or bank account details.

b. Configuration Data
We collect input provided to the Toya Wellness cloud service after login, such as the domain name of the website where the service is used and configurations for content, appearance, and behavior of website visitors (“End Users”).

c. Generated Data System
The service automatically creates and stores metadata, including subscription data (e.g., start date, latest invoice date, VAT number validation results), issued invoices accessible via the Service Manager, cookie settings from website scans, and aggregated statistical data with End User consent. You can provide instructions through service configuration or contact us using the details in Section 1.

We notify you about relevant service changes, such as new features, via email if you subscribe to Toya Wellness products from the account settings page.

Information collected may be used to:

• a. Personalize your experience to better meet your needs.
• b. Identify you as a contracting party.
• c. Enable secure login to toyawellness.com services.
• d. Issue valid VAT invoices and process transactions (your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or shared without consent, except to deliver requested services).
• e. Manage subscriptions automatically.
• f. Send periodic emails with order updates, company news, or product information (if subscribed).
• g. Market Toya Wellness products, services, events, or promotions, including newsletters, invitations, or event management.

To unsubscribe from emails or notifications, cancel your account by logging in and selecting “Cancel my account.”

Toya Wellness and third-party partners may use cookies, web beacons, tags, scripts, HTML5, Flash, and marketing identifiers (e.g., Apple IDFA, Google advertising ID) in connection with our site and app. These technologies may collect personal data, browser type, search preferences, IP address, marketing data, and usage timestamps. Per Government Regulation Republic of Indonesia No. 19 of 2016, data processing is based on your consent or contractual necessity. You may withdraw consent by contacting us (Section 1). Providing required personal data is necessary to use Toya Wellness services; failure to provide it prevents service delivery.

Toya Wellness complies with Indonesia’s Electronic Information and Transactions Act, ensuring personal information is not shared without consent, except as permitted by Section 6. Users may update their information anytime via the “profile page” after logging in.

Toya Wellness may use collected information to resolve claims or disputes, or as required by law. We may share information when advised by legal counsel or requested by authorities, or to enforce policies, protect rights, property, or safety.

Account data is retained for up to 5 fiscal years after account cancellation due to tax regulations. Configuration and system-generated data are erased immediately upon cancellation.
