What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay by bank transfer and GO-PAY.


Can I pay on an installment plan?

No. talasi.co.id hasn't partnered with banks to provide installment programs.


I purchased a "Pre-Ordered" item, what does that mean?

You purchased one of our newest items! 

Usually, pre-orders will arrive within 1-2 weeks after you place your order. Should there be any major delays, we will notify you via the email address listed in your account.

If you purchase in-stock items along with a pre-ordered items, your in-stock items will ship with your pre-ordered items when they become available.

If you wish to have them shipped separately, please make two separate orders.


Do pre-orders require to be paid?

Yes, pre-orders require to be paid in full.


How do I place a pre-order?

Any item showing the pre-order button means that item can be ordered but has yet to be released. You may order any pre-order items by placing those items in your shopping card and going through the normal checkout process.

How do I know that talasi.co.id has received my order?

Our ordering system will automatically send you an email confirming that your order is successfully submitted. Please make sure that the email address you provide is correct. Upon processing, we will send you an additional email confirming your order, with a bill that includes applicable taxes and shipping charges, and a shipping order number for your record.


How do you ship my orders?

Domestic:

All domestic orders within Indonesia are delivered by TIKI, JNE, REX.


International:

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete an order. You can find out the cost of the selected shipping method by placing products in the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout.


When is your shipping cut off time?

Orders placed for in-stock items before 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday will usually ship within one business day. We do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday shipping and deliveries.

How long will it take to get my order? 

We ship orders from Monday to Friday during office hours and we don't operate on public holidays.  Once we receive your order, it usually ships within 24 hours. 

Please note that orders placed after 1 pm will be shipped the following day, and orders placed after 1 pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday or next business day during a holiday weekend.


How do I know if my items have been shipped or not?

When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking number is normally available within the next few days of dispatch and we will update the tracking information in your account.


How do I track my order?

Once we provide you with the tracking number, you will be able to check your order's delivery status online by accessing our website [email protected].


How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel an order as orders are processed for shipment immediately upon completion.


What happens if the items I receive are damaged or incorrect?

If your items arrive in an unsuitable condition, please contact us at thetropicalspa.com. We will try to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.


Do you have any seasonal promotions/sales?

Yes, we have seasonal promotions and sales throughout the year. Follow us on Instagram, TikTok to be the first to hear about them!

1. The User hereby declares that the User is a capable person and capable of binding themselves in a legal agreement.


2. The Tropical Spa does not collect registration fee from the User. The Tropical Spa, without prior notice to the User, has the authority to take any necessary actions for any suspected violation or breach of the Terms & Conditions and/or any applicable laws, such as purchase cancellation, account suspension, and/or account deletion.


3. The User is personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account and password for all activities that occur under the User's account.


4. The User agrees to ensure that the User exits from the account at the end of each session and notify The Tropical Spa of any unauthorized use of the User's password or account.


5. The User hereby declares that The Tropical Spa is not liable for any loss or issue arising from any misuse of the User's account caused by the User's negligence, including but not limited to lending or providing access to account to other parties, accessing link provided by other parties, giving or showing verification code (OTP), password, or email to other parties, and any other negligence of the User that results in a loss or issue on the User's account.
