Directions 

Topical: Our Single and Blended Essential Oils are 100% pure. To apply directly to the skin, dilute with a carrier oil such as olive oil or coconut oil up to a 1:3 ratio. This ratio can be adjusted to your preferences, with as little as 5-7 drops of essential oil mixed with 30ml of a carrier oil to make a massage oil. Single essential oils can also be mixed together to create a personalized blend according to your mood and preferences. It is recommended to perform a skin patch test before using a new essential oil. 

Aromatic: Breathe in your favorite essential oils by adding 5-10 drops of the essential oil into a diffuser. This can be a single essential oil or a blend of different essential oils, either your own mix or one of our ready made blended oils.
